Beau L. Wagner, P.C. was founded after a successful five-year position with one of the country’s oldest and most respected law firms.  Since forming his own firm, Beau has been focused on providing efficient, practical and convenient legal services that allow his clients to do what they do best, while leaving the details to his expertise.  Most of his clients Sellers and Buyers in residential real estate. Beau also represents investors of commercial real estate, entrepreneurs, business entities, and condominium associations.

Beau makes it clear to his clients that they have the final say in their real estate transaction. Beau speaks directly to his clients and simplifies the very complicated process of selling or purchasing a home. Whether it’s a simple real estate closing or a multi-million-dollar commercial deal – it usually involves some element of risk with difficulties to carefully navigate.  Beau makes sure that his clients understand all of the benefits and risks involved in any proposed course of action for their legal needs.  His goal is to give you a practical approach, that is personalized to your objective, in your real estate transaction.

ABOUT BEAU

Beau was raised in a small town in Northern Illinois by parents who taught him that no amount of talent can ever replace hard work. He also learned that you are never too old to send a handwritten thank you note.  The Chicagoland area has provided him with a robust landscape to apply his professional skills, along with the unique opportunity to eventually see his friends become clients and his clients become friends.

Outside of the office, Beau enjoys spending time with his two children. He hopes that one day his son Briggs (8) or his daughter Brynn (6) will join him in the practice of law before he retires. Beau still has enough time to pursue another his other passion - entreprenuership.
